Thickness 19 mm
This is a 19 mm thick wooden panel that matches the depth of the ceiling opening. It serves both an aesthetic and a purely practical purpose—it can cover either a surface that is not yet fully finished or, as a preventive measure, conceal cracks that often appear later along the edge of the finished sandwich-panel ceiling structure. For this reason, its width does not need to span the entire thickness of the ceiling; it can also be partial.
TIP/Note: If you plan to first fully panel the opening and then install the stairs, don’t forget to subtract the thickness of the paneling from the length of the riser!
The grain direction is always along the length.
We recommend using mounting foam for installation.
